By accessing or using the Renoversity™ platform, including its website, courses, tools, and all related content (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Cristina DePina Interior Design LLC DBA Renoversity™ ("Company", "Renoversity™", "we", "us", or "our"), a Massachusetts limited liability company located at 1098A Pleasant Street, Worcester, MA 01602.

By creating an account, accessing any content, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Students enrolled in accredited educational institutions who are 18 or older are welcome to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

Upon enrollment or purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view "Course Content" (defined as all lessons, videos, written materials, templates, downloadable resources, tools, and any other content provided through the Platform) for your personal, non-commercial use only.

By enrolling in paid content, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method via our payment processor, Stripe. All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@renoversity.com.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before price changes affect your existing subscription.

One-Time Purchases: All one-time course and resource purchases are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to review all available course previews and descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to purchased content, contact us at hello@renoversity.com within 7 days.

Pro Membership Subscriptions: You may cancel your Pro Membership at any time. Your access will continue through the end of your current paid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused subscription time remaining after cancellation.

Exceptions to this refund policy may be made at our sole discretion for documented billing errors, duplicate charges, or verified technical failures that prevented access. To request a review, contact hello@renoversity.com within 14 days of the charge.

Renoversity™ may feature content created in collaboration with professional industry experts, including licensed interior designers, architects, general contractors, and other qualified renovation professionals ("Instructors" or "Professional Collaborators").

All Instructor content is subject to a separate written Contributor Agreement, which includes:

Some content on the Platform may be created in partnership with vendors, manufacturers, product brands, or other commercial entities ("Brand Partners"). Any such content will be clearly labeled as "Sponsored,, "Partner Content", or "In Partnership With [Brand Name]" in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guidelines (16 C.F.R. Part 255).

Sponsored content reflects the Brand Partner's perspective and products and should not be interpreted as an independent product endorsement by Renoversity™ unless explicitly stated. We select Brand Partners whose products and services we believe are relevant and potentially useful to our community of homeowners.

Renoversity™ discloses all material connections with Brand Partners where required by law. We do not share your personal data with Brand Partners.

You agree not to:

All content on the Platform including, but not limited to, course videos, lesson materials, written guides, tools, templates, blog articles, graphics, logos, and software is owned by Cristina DePina Interior Design LLC DBA Renoversity™ or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

The Renoversity™ name, trademark, and logo are the exclusive property of Cristina DePina Interior Design LLC. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is prohibited.

You retain ownership of any personal renovation plans, notes, or data you create using our tools. We do not claim ownership over your personal project data. By submitting any feedback, ideas, or suggestions to us, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual license to use such feedback without obligation to you.

All content on the Platform, including Course Content, blog articles, planning tools, calculators, downloadable resources, and any other materials (collectively, "Platform Content") — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute, and is not a substitute for, professional contracting, structural engineering, architectural, electrical, plumbing, safety, or any other licensed professional advice. Access to or use of any Platform Content does not create a professional, advisory, contractor, or fiduciary relationship between you and Cristina DePina Interior Design LLC, Cristina DePina, or any instructor or contributor.

The Platform integrates or links to third-party services including Stripe (payments), YouTube (video hosting), and others. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. COURSE CONTENT MAY CONTAIN INACCURACIES OR BECOME OUTDATED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DEPINA INTERIORS LLC DBA RENOVERSITY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cristina DePina Interior Design LLC DBA Renoversity and its affiliates, officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at legal@renoversity.com with a written description of your dispute. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally within 30 days.

If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with proceedings conducted in Worcester, Massachusetts. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding. Judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted solely on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, private attorney general action, or any other representative proceeding.

Either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For any dispute not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Worcester County, Massachusetts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or harmful activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your license to access Course Content ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including Sections 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, and 16.
