About This Course
This is the phase where most homeowners start making real decisions without realizing how much those decisions affect cost, timeline, and how the project actually gets built.
You're expected to choose layouts, materials, and finishes and sign a contract, often without ever being shown how this process is supposed to work.
This course changes that.
You'll learn how the design process actually works, the order decisions need to happen in, and how those decisions translate into real numbers when it's time to price your project. You'll also learn how to work with design professionals, read the drawings they produce, choose finishes that work together, and lock in a contract that reflects exactly what you agreed to build.
Here's the reality: you can't know the exact cost of your project until decisions are made. But you can understand the range and make decisions that align with it from the start.
What you'll walk away with:
- A clear understanding of how the design process actually works and who does what
- The right decision sequence so you're not backtracking or paying for change orders
- The ability to evaluate materials beyond how they look
- Confidence reading drawings and reviewing what your designer or contractor produces
- A realistic understanding of how your selections affect your budget
- A contract that reflects your actual scope before construction starts
This is a paid course, included with your Renoversity™ Pro membership. Continue the series with The Renovation Blueprint™, Part 4: Pre-Construction.
